Now that the house is complete, I wanted to write to tell you how very pleased I was with the entire process. Having read lots of books and articles and talked to many people about the home building process, I had been prepared for the worst. However, what actually transpired was an almost perfect…example of how a house should be built. I appreciate the way this house was your house during the building process. I couldn’t have asked for more in a project manager.

We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate ALL that you’ve done for us so far. We know that we’re not one of the biggest projects you’ve ever done, but we feel that we’re being treated as if we are. We love your enthusiasm and attention to detail. We think it’s cool how you get as excited as we do as the project progresses. We feel lucky to be working with you and feel it has been well worth the wait.

I have done many residential projects, but none has been as satisfying as this project. There are many reasons for this, but primarily it is because you made it look easy and did so with great spirit. That may be the definition of professionalism, and that is what you have become–a thorough professional. I do not hesitate to recommend you to any client.
